When should I order?

For save the dates and invitations we require 3-6 weeks for semi-bespoke and 6-8 weeks for bespoke solutions. For on the day stationery, we require a minimum of 8 weeks.

How much can I customise?

Designing completely bespoke suites of stationery that truly reflect the two of you and the wedding itself is my favourite thing to do. How many invitations will I need?

The general rule is one per household. If a group of friends live together, it should be one per person/couple.  I recommend ordering five to ten spare invitations, in case of changes in the guest list or if any get lost in the post. Two to three for keepsakes and 20% extra envelopes in case of address mess-ups (they happen to us all!).

What if something changes last minute?

In the unlikely situation that your venue or date change after you have already confirmed your invitation order, everything has been designed and printed and you don't have the budget to pay for more printing, we will be happy to edit your invitations and send you a digital copy for free so you're able to at least email the new details to your guests.

Is there a minimum order?

The minimum order for stationery is 30 per item.If your wedding is smaller than this, the extras make great keepsakes!

What do I need on my guest information cards?

This is totally up to you, however, we are happy to guide you based on our experience during our consultancy call.

Should we place our order for all stationery at once?

To avoid disappointment I strongly advise you to book everything together in advance. I understand that you may not know exactly how many people will be able to attend your wedding until you get RSVPs back. Therefore if you do not know exact numbers before your wedding I ask for an estimate of numbers at the time of your order for 'On the Day' items.

What are your delivery times and costs?

All orders are dispatched via 48 hour tracked, therefore delivery should be within a few days of dispatch. Postage and packaging are automatically added to the price and included in your quote.

Can we order from overseas?
